Rejected?

REJECTED ?
this is probably one of the most painful wounds we experience in our lifetime.
There is no natural pill or cure for it. There are people who can say -
well, they do not like me, but this is their problem not mine. But most of us suffer
and find all kinds of strategize to cover the pain or run away... what really does not
bring any results or healing at all. A few years ago I cried out to the Lord...
i cannot take it anymore... the answer was this: Sabine, those who reject you
are not worth knowing you.
Most of the rejection we suffer from is because we never went to the one who can
really heal... there is hope and abundant love for us... in JESUS our savior.
The Father, son and Holy Spirit will NEVER reject you.
You are loved and accepted - and not only this... you are adopted as his beloved
child when you received Jesus as your savior. We just need to go to the true healer
and ask him to take the pain out. Because when we are rejected we feel like
not worthy to be loved, or second class and may be you already are in that place
of self hatred. You do not have to be perfect or extra holy to experience
what Jesus did for you on the cross of Calvary. He took all the evil on himself
so we can receive all the good the father has for us.

This is the time to pray... draw me ABBA into your loving arms.

Do not run away my child... do not cover your sin in shame and pain.

Water for life…

Water is a vital nutrient and has numerous essential roles in the human body. It functions as a building material, a solvent, a reaction medium and reaction product, a carrier for nutrients and waste products, in heat regulation, and as a lubricant and shock absorber. Consequently, the optimal functioning of our body requires good hydration. Regulating water balance is essential to maintaining health and life.

Why is it so important that we drink enough?
Water is essential for our bodies! It is very important to consume enough water every day to prevent dehydration and its consequences.
What do we need water for?
Without water, humans can survive only a few days. It is a multifunctional component of the body. Approximately 60 to 65% of the adult body consists of water. Sufficient daily intake is necessary to maintain important bodily functions.
Water as a building material: Water is in each of our cells in the body and thus in skin, tissue, muscles and other areas, and thus serves as an important building material.
Water for metabolism: Water has the special property that it acts as a reaction medium. As a result, it is involved as a macronutrient in all hydrolytic reactions in our body: for example, in the breakdown (hydrolysis) of other nutrients (e.g. proteins, carbohydrates and fats).
Water as a carrier: water transports nutrients to the cells and removes waste products from the cells. It enables exchanges between cells, interstitial (tissue cell surrounding) fluid, and capillaries (smallest vessels). Water is responsible for maintaining vascular volume and thereby enabling blood circulation, which is essential for the function of all organs and tissues of the body: the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, the digestive tract, the kidneys and liver, the brain, and the peripheral nervous system.
Water for thermoregulation (maintaining a normal body temperature): water has a high heat capacity, which helps limit changes in body temperature in hot and cold environments. To cool the body, sweating evaporates water on the surface of the skin, which is an efficient way to lose heat. A regulated body temperature is an important prerequisite for homeostasis in the body – for a balance and regulated processes of all body processes.
Water as a shock absorber and lubricant in the body: Water maintains cell shape and thus also acts as a shock absorber when walking or running. This function is particularly important for the brain and spinal cord. At the same time, in conjunction with viscous molecules, it acts as a lubricating fluid for joints, as well as for saliva and mucus secretion in the digestive tract, and in the respiratory tract and the entire respiratory system.

According to the current recommendations of the European Food Safety Authority, the daily requirement is 2 liters for women and 2.5 liters for men. These standard values apply to healthy adult persons who eat a balanced diet and are regularly physically active.
The daily necessary fluid intake varies. For example, more water is needed in hot climates. Likewise when one is more physically active. There is also an increased need when the body is ill (for example, when there is a fever, or after vomiting and diarrhea).

Prayer: I have realized that I often do not follow Your good instructions for healthy eating and hydration. Father I ask You to help me change this with the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank You that You want me to be well and do my part. Thank You for Your help in this area. I give You my body and trust You to give me the discipline to begin a better lifestyle.

YOU SHALL BE HOLY FOR I AM HOLY

Lord God, you are kadosh, kadosh, kadosh – holy, holy, holy. You are infinitely pure and separate from sin and altogether different from any created thing. Because you have been born again, and you have given us a new nature and we are your sons and daughters and your Holy Spirit is living in us… help us to be holy as you are holy.

We thank you Lord our God that our old nature be put to death and that your Spirit empowering our new nature can give us victory over our old nature and its corrupt desires when we get close to you and stay close to you. So help us get close to you and stay close to you. Fill us with your Holy Spirit and help us live by your spirit. (Romans 6)

Avinu Malkaynu, our father and our king, thank you for making us dead to sin and alive to you. Help us to resist the lure of sin so that we do not obey its evil desires, enable us to offer every part of ourselves to you who brought your people from death to life so that our lives are instruments of righteousness. Holy Lord, thank your for your grace that teaches us to say NO to ungodliness and worldly passions and to live self controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age while we wait for your blessed hope – the appearing of the glory of our great God and savior Messiah Yeshua. Lord please give us more of your grace that teaches us to say NO. (Titus 2)

God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, we know that those who are friends of the world are your enemies, so help us be your friend and not your enemies, work in us so that we have our friendship with you and not with the world. (James 4)

Heavenly father, since we have been raised up with Messiah and since we have died and our lives are hidden with Messiah in you, help us to keep seeking the things above, where Jesus is seated at your right hand, give us minds that are set on things above and not on things that are on earth. (Colossians 3)

Great creator God you created us and when we joined rebellion of the fallen angels, you redeemed us at a great cost. Help us offer out of gratitude our bodies to you as a living sacrifice. This is holy and pleasing to you and is our true and proper worship. Help us not to be conformed to the pattern of the world but be transformed by the renewing of our minds so we can live the way you want us to live, the way that is right and pleasing to you. (Romans 12)

God who is light, we know that the night is nearly over and the day is almost here. Help us to put aside the deeds that people do in darkness – wild parties, drunkenness, sexual immorality, jealous behavior, and fighting. Help us behave decently as people behave during the day. Help us to be close to Messiah, which will prevent us from thinking about how to gratify the corrupt desires of the old nature. (Romans 13)

Infinitely holy God, help us not to be worldly and materialistic. We know if anyone loves the world, love for you is not in him or her. For everything in the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life does not come from you but from a fallen world, the world and its desires will pass away, but whoever does your will will live forever – and since we want to live forever with you, help us do what you want.

(1. John 2)

The greatest love song of the universe was sung in pain, agony and shame. I knew it was for you. I saw your face and I took your place ! Take up your cross and follow me…

he heals on the Shabbat

The heart of a loving Father in heaven… he sees when you are in pain, be it physical or spiritual… he sees, he understands and he wants you to be well. He sent his son Jesus to the cross, not only so that you receive forgiveness of your sins through his shed blood but in Isaiah 53 it also says that we experience healing and deliverance from evil powers…

3 Despised and forsaken of men, a man of sorrows and acquainted with afflictions; as one from whom one hides his face, so was he despised, and we esteemed him not.

4 Truly he bore our sickness, and took upon himself our pains; but we thought him punished, smitten of God, and bowed down.

5 But he was pierced for our transgressions, bruised for our iniquities; punishment was upon him that we might have peace, and by his wounds we were healed.

6 We all went astray like sheep, each turning to his own way; but the Lord cast the iniquity of us all upon him.

When I was in prayer today, Heavenly Father told me, my children are so sick. I want my children to be healthy. I felt very strongly the compassion and his concern behind these words, and also his love.

We activate this healing and liberating power by first of all believing that HE can and will do it. Many suffer from chronic and also incurable diseases for which there is no medicine even today. When we read in Luke 13 from verse 10, how Jesus was in the synagogue on Shabbat and a woman who had a spirit of weakness for 18 years and was totally bent… we see the great mercy of our Lord, but also that there are probably diseases that have spiritual causes. In verse 16 it says

But this one, a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan, behold, had already kept bound eighteen years, should she not be loosed from this bondage on the Sabbath day?

He knows exactly the causes of your suffering. And he wants to meet you as a Savior. Sometimes our suffering also has to do with our own misconduct, sin, or bad habits and addictions. There, too, we need deliverance. The worst thing you can do in this phase is to be ashamed and not ask Jesus for forgiveness and help.

In Mark 3 there is also an interesting healing on Shabbat. You have to know that the Shabbat was holy for the Jews. You were not allowed to do any work, that included healing, unless it was something life threatening. Jesus thus broke the law and was accused for doing good, they even wanted to kill him:

3 And he went again into the synagogue. And there was a man there who had a withered hand.

2 And they lay in wait for him, whether he would heal him on the sabbath day, that they might accuse him.

3 And he saith unto the man that had the withered hand, Arise, and stand in the midst.

4 And he says to them: May one do good or do evil, save life or kill on the Sabbath? But they held their peace.

5 And looking on them round about with anger, grieved because of the hardness of their heart, he said unto the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it out, and his hand was restored to health like the other.

6 Then the Pharisees went out, and immediately held counsel against him with the Herodians, how they might put him to death.

Both of these people had suffered for many years, and Jesus healed them. He also wants to heal you, if you want that.

Gladly we pray for you… Shabbat Shalom

A call to stewardship

As a young man, Howard Dayton had one objective: to become filthy rich.

So he joined a mentor-ship program with a group of local businessmen. They, too, had one main goal: to influence the lost for Christ. And it worked! Through this mentorship program, the course of Howard’s spiritual, professional and personal life changed forever. Before long, he began to explore what the Bible had to say about money and possessions.

“That year-long experience radically changed me and the lens through which I look at life,” he said. “I’ve been focused on teaching people about stewardship ever since.”

Stewardship Is About Way More Than the Tithe

Howard’s definition of stewardship is different than what you may hear in church culture today. He believes stewardship isn’t just how you handle the tithe, but how you handle the other 90% of your income. Unfortunately, most people simply don’t know how to manage their income based on biblical principles.

That’s why the congregation must be trained and equipped.

The Bible Encourages the Teaching of Stewardship

Howard points to three passages of Scripture that reinforce the importance of teaching church members to be good stewards of their money.

1. Matthew 28:18–20

“When Jesus gives the Great Commission, there are four ‘alls.’ One of those is to make disciples, ‘teaching them to obey all that I have commanded you,’” Howard said.

God’s Word is clear. We’re called to pass on everything we’ve learned.

The Bible contains 2,350 verses about money and possessions—15% of everything Jesus said related to issues of money. Howard is convinced the reason the Lord said so much about money is because He loves us and wants us to handle money in the smartest way possible. It’s an uncomfortable subject, sure, but if He felt it was important enough to cover, then so should we.

2. Luke 3:11–14

“It’s really interesting to me in Luke 3 where John the Baptist warns of the coming judgment,” Howard said. Three different groups ask John what they must do to repent, and John answers each of them:

  • To the crowd, he says, “Anyone who has two shirts should share with the one who has none, and anyone who has food should do the same.”
  • To the tax collector, he says, “Don’t collect any more than you are required to.”
  • And to the soldiers, he says, “Don’t extort money and don’t accuse people falsely—be content with your pay.”

“Every single time, repentance had to do with money,” Howard said.

3. Matthew 6:24

Howard believes that, in our culture, materialism runs much deeper than we realize and affects believers in a much more profound way than we’d like to think. For him, the root lies in Matthew 6:24, “No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.”

“Here’s the way I like to describe it: Every believer has had two basic decisions to make in their life. The first is found in Matthew 7:13—Am I going to take the broad way that leads to destruction or the small gate and the narrow road that leads to life?” Howard said.

“But there’s a second decision that they have to make: Will I serve money, or will I serve God? Unfortunately, I think that most Christians are taking the broad way and serving money without even realizing it.”

Materialism is so widely accepted in our society that it can almost seem normal. It’s even considered okay to go into debt to attain a higher standard of living than you can actually afford. It’s just how our world works today.

If only our church members knew a better way. Often times, the loudest voices speaking on the topics of money and materialism are ad agencies and credit card companies. If the church would speak truth to its people, families could finally move beyond living paycheck to paycheck and into a lifestyle of generous giving!

The Byproduct of Changed Hearts

The solution is to teach true, biblical stewardship—to change not just peoples’ behavior but also their hearts through the power of Scripture. No age group, income level or demographic is exempt from this need.

Howard encourages all churches to offer year-round training, not only because it fulfills a biblical command, but because people desperately need to be encouraged to handle money God’s ways. The best part? Stewardship no long needs to be a fundraising campaign. An increase in giving is the natural byproduct of financial discipleship. Keeping this in perspective will help you work toward a healthy church and a healthy congregation.

your tongue

Proverbs 18:20-21 – AMP
A man’s stomach will be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth;
He will be satisfied with the consequence of his words.
Death and life are in the power of the tongue,
And those who love it and indulge it will eat its fruit and bear the consequences of their words.

Death or life… dagger or sword… What do your words do, what does your
tongue look like?

Since a dagger, unlike say a sword or spear, can be carried concealed, it was at times considered a less than chivalrous (murder) weapon. A dagger symbolizes deceitfulness.

James 3 – Warning against the misuse of the tongue – NIV

When we put bits into the mouths of horses to make them obey us, we can turn the whole animal. Or take ships as an example. Although they are so large and are driven by strong winds, they are steered by a very small rudder wherever the pilot wants to go. Likewise, the tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts. Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark. The tongue also is a fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body. It corrupts the whole body, sets the whole course of one’s life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell.

All kinds of animals, birds, reptiles and sea creatures are being tamed and have been tamed by mankind, but no human being can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison.

With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse human beings, who have been made in God’s likeness. 10 Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this should not be. 11 Can both fresh water and salt water flow from the same spring? 12 My brothers and sisters, can a fig tree bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Neither can a salt spring produce fresh water.

Matthew 12:33-37 – NIV

33 “Make a tree good and its fruit will be good, or make a tree bad and its fruit will be bad, for a tree is recognized by its fruit. 34 You brood of vipers, how can you who are evil say anything good? For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of. 35 A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him. 36 But I tell you that everyone will have to give account on the day of judgment for every empty word they have spoken. 37 For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned.”

Prayer: Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit, I have probably spoken a lot of bad and destructive things, I have cursed and not blessed, instead of saying good things I have spoken bad things, I have accused with my tongue and criticized a lot in a negative way, I have spoken bad things in secret and in the back about those with whom I was friendly a short time before… I want to ask you for forgiveness for every blasphemous, accusatory, unloving, ugly word… I ask that You make me very sensitive in this area… please Holy Spirit show me in the future when I speak death again instead of life… thank You that I may always ask You and thank You that You help me to become more and more disciplined. THANK YOU… that today my tongue is under Your control. In Jesus’ name… Amen…

Give?!

The Spirit is saying…

Those who are giving right now, will receive a great harvest and not only finances.

received on the 5th of January 2021

Prayer: Lord please show me where and what I shall give.

Healing Calendar

Health is not everything but when you are sick health is everything.

My beloved child… my heart is longing for you to see you healed and happy… abba your father

would like to bless you with a healing door – a promise in the bible – where you can open up one verse a day.

The heart of a loving father – HEALING for his children !!!

Jesus died so you can receive life in it’s fullness, a life without sickness and disease. Jesus said, when you see me you see the father, he did nothing without the permission of his father… and he healed them all… everybody who came to him. And this promise is still available and working for you. If you are sick you cannot just wish to get well, the promise, the word, must be applied and it works like medicine. It must be taken. But how? You read it, you receive it, you accept it, you speak it and believe it. And this powerful word fights for your right of being healthy and an effective servant of the kingdom of GOD. This is your part in this spiritual battle.

Often another change is necessary. Check your eating and drinking habits and if you do enough exercise. Love your body, you have only one. Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. For some of us this change is very difficult and I pray you receive extra grace to break free.

Healing comes from me – sickness from the enemy.

Psalm 23 – part 1

A psalm of David Psalm 23

poetically describes the life of an Oriental shepherd from beginning to end. All that the shepherd means to the sheep, his care and his love is beautifully described by the inspired poet. Davind and his ancestors knew the sheep. He was certainly an exceptionally good shepherd. His name means Beloved and he is a wonderful example for the Lord Jesus Christ the Divine Shepherd, whom the Father has given us. Whoever reads this psalm calmly and thinks of his beloved Lord is blessed and looks up to him with trust and gratitude. Who is infinitely good to his own.

The Lord is my Shepherd I shall not want. This is the keynote of the song that will ring out until the end. If he is my shepherd, I shall not want. He lives for me and I receive all that his love and power can give me to make me happy. Do we live in the knowledge that he is our shepherd and do we thank him for it?

He lays me down in green pastures.

The first thing a sheep needs is food. In our country there are only a few flocks of sheep left, but in the East there are still many hundreds. There the work of a shepherd is much more difficult than with us, often it goes downhill and uphill and on narrow mountain paths, past dizzying abysses, but always with the aim of finding good grazing grounds. Sheep graze there from about half past three in the morning until one o’clock. The shepherd prefers to lead them in the morning to meager pastures, and later to more lush ones, so that they can graze on magnificent pastures before the sun is high in the sky. Afterwards they rest for three or four hours in the shade. It is good for their growth if they can ruminate in peace. Shouldn’t the sheep be happy there? The food for the believer is the Word of God. Do we enjoy it daily? Do we get to know our Lord more through it? Is growth in our spiritual life?

The Lord wants to lead you out of the turbulence’s of your life into his loving and caring arms. He is waiting for you until you come and rest at his feet, read his word and know HIM and his voice. Just be still – close your eyes and say JESUS.

Much love for you and your loved ones – shalom

against the Spirit of the times

We live in a time where sin and especially fornication is normal. But God’s Spirit does not subordinate itself to our spirit of the times, but we are allowed to adapt God’s standards for our lifestyle and dedicate ourselves to a holy devotion to His Word.

Fornication = extra-marital sex, which includes adultery, fornication and prostitution.

Colossians 3

5 Kill therefore your members that are on the earth: Fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil lust, and the covetousness that is idolatry;

6 Because of these things the wrath of God comes on the sons of disobedience;

7 Among them you also once walked, when you were living in these things.

8 But now you also put away all these things – wrath, anger, wickedness, blasphemy, ugly sayings from your mouth.

A teaching from Jesus in Matthew 5

27 You have heard that it was said to the ancients, “You shall not commit adultery.

28 But I say to you: Whoever looks at a woman to desire her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

29 But if your right eye becomes an offense [to sin], pluck it out and throw it from you. For it is better for thee that one of thy members should perish, than that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

30 And if your right hand becomes an offense [to sin] for you, cut it off and throw it from you. For it is better for thee that one of thy members should perish, than that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

The antidote is a wonderful promise

John 1

8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

9 But if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

may the Lord bless you while seeking truth … shalom
