And you know that he appeared to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.
You are bought with precious!
The “white” anyone who is at all Christian.
Jesus throughout the greatness of his love came not to overlook sin, to apologize and to play down, but they “take away”.
That was the whole and sole objective of his mission and revelation.
For us, he has come precisely for this reason, so that we can be free from sin. We should not look away, do not look past their own sins, and not for the sin of the brother and sister, we are called to mutual serve, this includes, to name the sin clear. Or will you be guilty if your brother remains in sin until the last hour and is not recognized for that?
Everyone in the community knows where this “taking away” was what price it cost. Jesus divulged his heavenly glory and was “the Lamb of God, the sin of the world carried away”, through a lifetime by bleeding and dying on the cursed tree. So terrible is the sin, so necessary our liberation and purification of her.
But if Jesus in this bloody Earnest was to “take away” our sins, we should want to keep it?
If the sin of the father, the sacrifice of the Son, the Son demanded the death on the cross for their extinction, then we might consider it harmless and excusable? That’s impossible! Not the rebellion against the law, but the contempt of precious saving act of God in Jesus is John the really frightening thing, and that happens when you take sin lightly. In view of the work Jesus he wants “everyone” in the municipality of sin looks in all its severity.
Recognize how much you have been paid for, it do not come cheap by your persistence of sin.
“And there is no sin in him” in Jesus. It also testifies to Paul, Jesus, “the knew no sin”. Just so he could “be made for you to sin” (2 Co 5:21). Just putting cleanse his blood of all sin.
Pray for the Holy Spirit to help you let go of the sin and the precious price to estimate value.
