HUNGRY ??? … but for what ???<\/p>\n
Psalm 42: 1-2<\/p>\n
1\u00a0<\/sup>As the deer pants for streams of water<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>so my soul pants for you, my God.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span> Through the comparisons of the thirst and panting the Psalmist shows his fervent desire to serve God in his temple.<\/p>\n Matthew 5 : 6<\/p>\n Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,<\/span><\/span> for they will be filled.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Hunger and thirst is a basic natural desire. Without food and water your natural body cannot survive. But we as Christians… followers of Christ… not just a knowing that HE exists, we should develop another basic desire – the DESIRE to SERVE HIM.<\/p>\n And live for Jesus Christ. Son of the living GOD. Our Savior – our Redeemer – our light – our love – our all !!!!<\/p>\n I believe we all have needs and deep desires in our life’s – but to whom are we running for our fulfillment? – the bible says in<\/p>\n Psalm 37 : 4<\/p>\n Take delight in the Lord<\/span>, <\/span>and he will give you the desires of your heart.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" a heavenly download… HUNGRY ??? … but for what ???
